No dogs without puppies

Updated: Dec 30, 2018

ASA is all about assistance dogs, but first come the puppies.

They come from breeders, most of whom have worked long-term with Handi'Chiens, and only those puppies who pass a strict test are selected.

At eight weeks they go to foster families, who work on a voluntary basis.

Here the puppies receive their basic training and grow up here with plenty of love :

see them in action

At 18 months of age, they are not puppies any longer, they are young adults, ready to go to the big school, the Handi'Chiens centre, where they will be trained for a further 6 months by professionals.

Then they are ready to do their jobs.

No puppies, no assistance dogs!

One of the things we do at ASA is to pay the costs of the puppies for a group of foster families, usually 5 or 6 puppies at a time, 1.000€ per puppy.

Help us to provide these dogs where they are needed, by investing in a future assistance dog.

We invite you to sponsor a puppy by sending us a contribution.

For 25€ or more, we will send you a picture of the puppy you choose, as a puppy and again before going on to the big school.

Help us to provide these dogs where they are needed, by investing in a future assistance dog.

This sponsorship will make a splendid present for a birthday, or for Christmas, the time of giving.

Visit www.asa-asbl.lu to see the group which we are currently sponsoring : you will love those puppies!
